Proposed hosting terms
What is included, and what is not.
Eligible active clients may arrange up to two hosted working visits each year.
The client is responsible for international flights and costs outside the agreed local-hosting arrangement. Local support may include airport transfers, local transport, accommodation arrangements, office hospitality and a structured working agenda.
All terms are subject to the client agreement, availability and an agreed local-hosting limit.
This is a working relationship offer, not a holiday package.
The visit exists to create access, collaboration and confidence.
